Who is BlueFairy & Co. ?
BlueFairy & Co. is about creating gifts that come with a story that is close to the heart. We wish to become one of the first social enterprise in the gifting industry in Singapore to reach out to under privileged children. We hope to bring a smile to their faces by being committed to what we do.

How will BlueFairy & Co. help with the under privileged children?
To kickstart the A Packet of Milk campaign, BlueFairy & Co. will channel 10% of its earned revenue to this campaign, so our customers have our assurance that every time they place an order on our website, they are also making a difference to the lives of the 400 underprivileged children.

Does BlueFairy & Co. work with other brands?
We strongly support our local brands products that can align with our brand goals and values. Do drop us an email if you have a product to share with us!

What mode of payments do you accept?
We accept all VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX credit/debit cards. 

What is the expected delivery time?
The delivery date can be selected at the cart/checkout page. Delivery time is between 9am to 5pm, Mon-Sat. (Subjected to driver's schedule & traffic conditions) Please kindly note that during festive & peak periods, there is a possibility that your gift delivery may subjected to delay due large volume of orders. We also seek your kind understanding that custom requests for specific delivery time frame like example: Between 11:00am - 12:00pm cannot be made as it solely dependable on the drivers' delivery schedule for the day.

Do you ship your products internationally?
Apologies as of now, we do not ship our products internationally.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Can I change my order?
We can only change the order if the order has not been processed/packed/dispatch to our courier partner. Please email us if you have any questions about your order status.
